Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one mail management tool, which will grant you total control over your email box accounts and email campaigns. With this easy-to-use GUI, you can set up a new mailbox in an instant and administer its settings effortlessly. What's more, you can forward e-mails from one e-mail box to another, configure email filters, create autoresponder messages and defend your e-mailbox accounts against spam mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can guard all your electronic mail accounts against unsolicited bulk messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unwanted electronic mail messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your mail messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an electronic mail message flagged as spam should be erased or forwarded to a particular electronic mail account.
Email Filters
Email filters are great for filtering your incoming mails based on specific criteria defined by you. Setting up email filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will go into effect instantaneously. You can swiftly set up a mail filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and set the filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming e-mail messages from one email box account to another, or even to several other email mailboxes. Just select the e-mail box account you want to forward electronic mail messages from, then specify the destination e-mail box and select if you would like to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can quickly configure the electronic mail client of your preference to access your mail accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox you would like to set up on your personal computer or smartphone and click on the electronic mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new mailbox will be configured in an instant.
More Features
With the Email Manager user interface, working with multiple email box accounts at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager will also allow you to quickly set up an auto-response message - enter the message you want people to see and our system will take care of everything else. And if you wish to configure a catch-all mailbox - you can do that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
